Return & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
How do I make a return?
Please reach out to email@example.com and we will be more than happy to assist you in the process. Keep in mind that return shipping costs and all possible costs of customs must be covered by the customer. Please make sure that the product you want to return is brand new and in its original package intact. In case it´s not, we won´t be able to make a refund. Remember that you have 30 days since having received your order to send it back for a full refund and since the reception date in Roadr HQ, the refund will be effective in no more than 10 days. When we receive your order back at our warehouse in good order, we make a full refund. Shipping costs will never be refunded nor sale items.
How do I make an exchange?
Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be more than happy to assist you in the process. Keep in mind that in countries outside the EU, all possible costs of customs must be covered by the customer. Please make sure that the product you want to exchange is brand new and in its original package intact. In case it’s not, we won’t be able to make an exchange and we will ask that you cover the return shipping costs. Remember that you have 30 days since having received your order to send it back for a successful exchange and that there can be just one exchange or return per order. Shipping costs are for the customer.
What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
You may exchange or return any product for a full refund without shipping costs within 30 days after having received it. Once initiating a return you have 10 days to ship it or you’ll lose your instant refund. To be clear, you have 30 days after receiving the product to initiate a return and 10 days after it’s initiated to get it out the door. Shipping charges and sales items cannot be refunded. Items purchased on roadr.nl/roadrdrivinggloves.com cannot be returned or exchanged at any physical store or reseller, and vice versa
How long does the exchange/return process take?
If everything runs like clockwork, the entire process takes right around two weeks. If you are returning an item, your order will be refunded as soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse and we confirm that the product has not been used or damaged. Please note: only items that have been unworn, unwashed, unaltered, are free of stains and odors, and that have their original tags affixed with be eligible for return. Shipping Costs will never be refunded nor sale items.
